This is the path I recommend when you're ready to go the distance, the Cancer Journey Institute informed format. Nine sessions gives us the room to work through the full arc of what you're facing — not just react to the moment in front of us — and put the depth of what coaching offers fully to work for you. It's a commitment to doing this thoroughly, not just checking in.
