FAQs
Coaching is a relationship focused entirely on you — where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. It's not advice-giving, and it's not a coach telling you what to do. It's a structured, intentional conversation designed to help you think more clearly, decide more confidently, and move forward with purpose.
A good coach believes you already have more wisdom, strength, and resourcefulness than you may feel right now. Their job is to help you access it. To take you to a place that you may not have reached on your own.
Coaching is different from therapy. Therapy is typically focused on healing the past — processing trauma, treating mental health conditions, and working through what happened. Coaching is focused on the future — clarifying what you want and helping you get there. Both are valuable, and many people work with a therapist and a coach at the same time.
Coaching is also different from consulting or mentorship. A consultant gives you answers. A mentor shares their experience. A coach helps you find your own.
